6. Apparently not shooting cats is too "politically correct?"

When the officer showed up, he told Lienert that it’s “not politically correct, but if it’s injured we will put it down,” — as if being ‘politically correct’ has anything to do with killing an innocent animal.


The subsequent examination showed no injury to the cat, other than being shot to death.

So, just to be clear, "politically correct" means "doing the right thing," and is to be avoided at all costs.
