They abduct humans, and use anal probes on them to collect DNA samples for interstellar species gene splicing to produce bipedal GMOs, which they intend to use to conquer our country.
Sometimes they collect the wrong material from the probes. As I'm sure you know, Dr. Waterman, the results are often tragic. There are many others besides the example cited by the Foundation.
