8. No Way There's Any Prosecution

For one thing, there's the common refrain...."It was a horrible accident, and the mother has been through enough." That's more than enough to prevent any charge whatsoever.

Then there's the fact the mother is probably the "law enforcement" restricting the revealing of her name. We all know that cops don't ever really investigate their own, nor will they do anything but lie and withhold evidence if they found the mother was in fact committing a crime. Heck, they wouldn't do it if the woman had shot an innocent stranger on the street, why would they do it here? Even if factors determined something more sinister going on.

Then of course there's the fact it happened in Florida, and we know that things don't ever go in a "normal" manner in Florida when it comes to guns and shooting of innocents.
