(36,392 posts)4. I sometimes wonder where we would be as a nation if the Obama/Clinton wing of the party
had been in charge when we commited to the space race, the Voting Rights Act, the Civil Rights Act, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, the New Deal, and so on. The new democrats are really pissing on the graves of the 20th century democrats who got all of that stuff done. That's why the party enrollment is almost dead.
