I don't know if it is a crime to state allegiance to Islamic State; I imagine that it is not.

In any event, I understand that the statement was made via a 911 call placed immediately prior to the attack.

I don't understand your statement "Your comment is a NRA statement (wet dream) which will come out shortly."
