As a cyclist and a runner, I've seen a lot of aggression on the road.

No, not "micro" aggression. True meanness and life threatening behavior.

Years ago when in college, a car tried to hit me on the road. One of the "young ladies" in the car threw a bottle at me. I got the license plate before they sped off laughing.

The cops brought the asshats into the station, where I identified them. High school assholes and they apologized. I didn't press charges, hoping they learned their lesson....but who knows.

It was terrifying to me. I never rode on that route again.
