We're committing people on both sides to a hellish experience, and there'd better be a good reason for it. For the record, "They tried to kill my daddy" and so that someone can say, "I'm a war president" are not good reasons. This callous, flippant attitude toward going to war, or bombing the shit out of them, or whatever other tough guy braggadocio is used to justify it, makes me almost madder than the actual going to war.
