I grew to loathe NYC accents in general when I lived in a New England tourist trap (although a good half my friends there were from NYC, they just ditched most of the accent) and the fact that he's ignorant, mean and spiteful adds to that.

Yeah, I'll read transcripts. I'll even grit my teeth and watch short You Tube clips. I won't listen to him blather on and on, though. And I want to punch those prissy pursed lips of his, nonviolence having reached its limit months ago.
