Rep Chris Collins (R) of N.Y. (a primary spokesman for the Trump transition team) on CNN with Wolfe Blitzer is saying all claims of Russian hacking are just sour grapes on the part of President Obama because Hillary Clinton lost the election.
Just an attempt to delegitimize Trump's election.

Are people like him who make similar statements just stupid, or unpatriotic by supporting Russia over America?
