I question whether there's an actual prosecutable crime there.

These emails were hacked well before the primaries concluded.

If Putin showed up and said on the record to Donald, "we have these emails from Hillary and Podesta, and we want you to win."

And Trump replied, "release them on this date."

I can't see an actual, prosecutable crime that's taken place.
