5. I just got on the Harry Potter band wagon!

My son read the series as it was coming out, but on his own. I am reading it (the same books, too!) with my grandsons! We are loving it! We made wands, a sticker for my broom (Nimbus 2000) and I may make some scarves in the Griffyendor colors for next Christmas!

My grandsons immediately compared Voldemort to Trump! (I admit I may be the one who tells them what I think about Trump, but they made the connection themselves!)There was a thing, also said by Dumbledore about when he told Harry he could say the name and it would take the power/fear from it. That helped me. (but I will never use the "P" word with the name Trump!)

I think we are going to see many, many more folks at the polls in the next elections. The people have the power! Even if they are just Muggles!
