In case you hadn't heard (sorry if you have) that trump/kitten cease/desist letter [View all]

isn't true....BUT, here's the key point of the story unmasking it:

Yesterday Newsweek ran a piece by Ryan Bort that used the phony Lucy story as a news hook for a review of "Donald Trump's ridiculous cease-and-desist letters," including a 2013 letter threatening to sue anti-Trump activist Angelo Carusone, a 2016 letter threatening to sue Art of the Deal ghostwriter Tony Schwartz, a 2016 letter threatening to sue The New York Times for reporting the allegations of women who say Trump groped or kissed them without their consent, a 2015 letter threatening to sue the Club for Growth for sponsoring an ad criticizing Trump, a 2015 letter threatening to sue a Jeb Bush donor for sponsoring an ad criticizing Trump, and a 2016 letter threatening to sue Ted Cruz for sponsoring an ad criticizing Trump.

Unlike the threats against the possibly nonexistent Lucy, all of that {the above listed} really happened.

here's the story....sorry if this has been done already, but there were several threads about the apparently mythical 17 year old girl who brought on the wrath of the trump PR/legal team with her website
which enables visitors to swipe images of Trump's face with virtual cat paws, at TrumpScratch.com

the site in question:

http://www.kittenfeed.com/

as the article says, the site now has a rickroll on it, and snopes also has a debunk online

fwiw........
