4. How many seats have actually become available in the last year of any presidency?

That's the question! Maybe no seat became available. No one died (Scalia) and no one resigned (?) That is a bull*hit argument Sen Hatch spewed out on CNN. It didn't happen because it didn't need to happen?

NOW the democrats really need to play hardball. No more being nice guys and gals. Every time we bend over backward they laugh and say to themselves "how stupid are these democratic leaders"?

The Marquess of Queensberry died a long time ago. Stop playing as if it make you (dems) honorable. It make you stupid and us vulnerable to the crazy and crazier right wing.
