1. This is another sign that Trump wants to be royalty, protected from criticism by law...

He will argue that any and all criticism hurts his "brand" and therefore causes him monetary losses (all in his head, of course).

And with his legal sharks he can make life miserable for a LOT of people who speak or write their minds. He's done it before.

But then if we were all to adhere to the maxim, "If you can't say something nice about somebody, don't say anything", nobody would be discussing Trump any more.
