A special prosecutor has many limits. A separate, independant bipartisan investigation is a must in order to fully investigate any and all of them and in a timely manner. Indivisible has planned rallies/marches for June 3 called #Marchfortruth for this very reason. They are going to be in 110 cities besides Wash DC. You can Google it and see if there is one near you.
