7. The Trumpers always find a way.

It's neither of those industries, but even revealing the industry would be TMI to divulge. I cannot risk my job.

Suffice it to say, the idea is to get the customer taken care of and get them off the phone, but Trumpers always have to drag things on. Agreeing with them moves it along. Trying to state you cannot get into such matters makes things worse and always results in a Supervisor call and a bad survey. Agreeing with them shortens the call and results in a better survey (though Trumpers almost NEVER give a good survey).
