for the places that allow it in Washington state they are not allowed to use fireworks so many days after the 4th and are allowed to use them on New Years but that is it. When the holiday is over and people are back to work and school they would like to sleep. some people the other night were setting off fireworks at about 10:30 pm in the parking lot of their apartment complex pissing off those who were trying to sleep to go to work or school the next day. I was almost asleep when they went off causing me to jump. You are also allowed to set of fire works as soon as the stands open but as I said a few days after the fourth no more. People can be so rude.
