He would not be tweeting the inane blather he's posted.

The disaster has overwhelmed the ability for local LE and CG personnel to respond to emergencies.

People are trapped on their roofs or desperately wading though waist deep waters - and no transport to shelter when they get to high ground.

Idiots are still trying to drive through deep water.

It's Apocalyptic - not going great.
