In the immediate aftermath of the bombing, the British government has to interrupt itself to explain to the world that Trump's uninformed and irresponsible tweet doesn't reflect reality. As if they have nothing better to do right this moment than correct the half-assed tweet of the President.

Great job, General Kelly. You're really reining him in.
