Or perhaps she's more in favor of Medicare block grants to lower government spending without a worry about any of the States who will see severe cuts if the program is changed. She is a Republican, after all.
Maine won't be affected that much by the GOP's latest - in theory - with the exception of any shit LePage will undoubtedly pull.
