You know the genre, intrepid reporter goes to East Bumblefuck in Ruritania and interviews the locals for their take on why they just loves them some Donald Trump in the White House. A breathless 800 words later, we don't know anything more than that some people still hang their laundry on a clothesline to dry or that they sometimes go hunting to fill the larder (oh, and that they still call it a larder).

Why isn't anyone going to Alabama to find out why some Alabama voters are going against the stereotype to cast their vote for Doug Jones?
