amendments that assured Steve Wynn,Sheldon Adelson,and Phil Rifkin will not have to pay any Income Taxes. There is several Addendum's in and around the page 45 area relating to the Gaming Industry and Foreign Earnings passing back to the US without tax consequences. Also this caveat,subject to further Amendments within Sixty Day time frame.
