11. No reason to leave the flashing lights on

Twice in the past couple years I've seen where they have left lights and sirens on for an hour,
for no apparent reason after arriving at a non-violent scene.

Once they had a witness to a non-injury car accident locked in the back seat,
with the siren atop the car wailing away. That was on the news.
