24. May NOT have been a protestor, and claims to not have been firing at police directly
Sun Mar 15, 2015, 05:14 PM
Mar 2015

According to CNN story the alleged shooter is claiming that he was not aiming at the police but someone else.

And although the cops are claiming he was a protestor, an Organizer/minister who talked to the alleged shooter said the shooter admitted to him he had never been to one of the protests.

Also will be interesting where the pistol, a .40caliber handgun came from. This is usually used by police. Also 125 yards is way outside of the normal accuracy range of any pistol. (10-20 yards at most) Edit: On looking up this type of pistol is one of the longest distance capable rounds as it is a relatively fast bullet.

Will be interesting how this really shakes out. Looks like it might just be gang type thugs.
