12. The conservatives aren't voting on social issues so this is bad strategy

Not only does bringing his sister into the campaign smack of desperation, even if her record as a judge was relevant to Trump, from what I can tell, the conservative voters are not overly focused on social issues for this election. I've been surprised to find tremendous anti-Jeb sentiment. First, for his immigration stance. But, also because they see him for what he is - a crony for the 1%. I was, frankly, surprised by the latter. As far as I can tell, they're looking for a racist populist. Jeb doesn't fit the bill.
