If you have, tell me he's energetic. If you haven't I'll tell you that he speaks in a low, slow voice, without any excitement at all.
Saying that he doesn't have energy is a fact. Not a bad thing, unless you want to be a game show host, a carnival barker, or opening/warmup act. If you want to be a surgeon, being calm and quiet is a big plus.
His skin coloration has absolutely no bearing on that. He's a calm, quiet person, and that is fact.
