Driver William Crum, 68, was charged on Monday with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to The Associated Press. Each count has a maximum penalty of up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

Yes the motorcyclist was reckless but Darwin has a way of dealing with those people sooner or later.
