in the vast open areas, people just get together in smaller numbers and phone in the results?

I've never even had the pleasure of visiting Alaska, and if I ever do I'll probably not really see very much of the state, no doubt like almost all visitors. For some reason, looking at the caucus results today with a map of Alaska in front of me is making me think a lot about just how huge it is.
