...then turned around and supported the legislation he'd blocked...after he was promised a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing into intelligence gathering- which came to nothing.

First, the flip: Senator vows to block surveillance bill over privacy concerns
Then, the FLOP: 2 senators win promise of a Patriot Act hearing

I voted for the guy but if he pulls something similar in the near future, he's going to start looking like a joke.
