8. Scott cut mosquito control funding since 2011 now reaps what he's sewn

Scott and the Republicans in Florida cut huge amounts of mosquito control funding and even a top research lab for mosquito related studies since 2011 and now he's declaring an emergency, but doesn't think that his cuts had any effect hypocrisy at it's finest, let the Feds pay for what he refused to do.
