whatever the merits, or lack thereof, of ACA, it's still a privatised system, unlike the Israeli system, which is universal and (gasp!) SOCIALIZED.

If the Obama camp were to open that can of worms some people might start asking inconvenient questions, such as, "Whatever happened to the public option we were promised?"
