18. Federal employees take an OATH to DEFEND the CONSTITUTION...

...against all enemies, foreign and domestic. (As George Takei famously said, that ferret-headed fucknugget is the latter.) They do not take an oath of loyalty to a flag, and they ESPECIALLY do not take an oath to said ferret-headed fucknugget!
