the company had TWO employees at the time it got the contract, had been a big donor to Trump, and had never had a big contract like that, much less the EXPERIENCE to handle such a huge job.

In-your-face, what-are-you-gonna-do-about-it, I'm-the-President-and-can-do-what-I-want corruption.
