A congressional investigation of Trump is coming if we win regardless of Franken being in the senate or not. Trump will not be removed from office because of sexual misconduct. If he is removed from office it will be because of money laundering or collusion with Russia.

Everyone already knows that Trump is a sexual predator, and conservatives simply don't care. Same holds true for Roy Moore. That dog won't hunt. Period. Sexual misconduct is terrible, but it will not remove someone from office unless they voluntarily resign.
