To hope this is the thing that will make them responsible is a pipe dream.
They have an agenda. The short version transfer ALL the wealth in this country to a handful billionaires.

The republican party will let Moore stay long enough to be useful (maybe just one vote on a tax bill).
Then and only then will they "put country first".

Trump will only be allowed to stay for as long as they need him.
They will only jettison him when they no longer need him.

There is a road map of what they are doing. Look to Russia and Putin. Since Putin took complete controlled of Russia he has transferred all of the wealth of the country to a handful of loyal oligarchs.

These are the folks that Trump needs to service his debt. And keep his house of cards afloat.
