What procedure could a "doctor" preform what would be seen as sexual misconduct. I looked it up and it's called "Pelvic physical therapy".. And yes it's invasive but I can see how a "Doctor" or therapist could convince a unknowing police officer or lawyer that it was necessary for "treatment"..... He knew how to push the right buttons to get out of jail for years and his time is now UP!
