Then surely we can wait till after the election. Even if the Dems take the Senate, they will probably be so moved by his superior qualifications and personality to vote for him. Right? Cuz he's got those superior qualifications, that fine judicial mind and the unwavering objectivity like he claims. It's not like he's just a Republican lapdog, cuz the Republicans should only be worried if they're just trying to foist some lapdog onto the court.
