2. I was just thinking the same thing. Where are our offers of help

to this horrifically stricken country. In days past the United States would be among the first to offer our help and sympathy to people in these situations.
To me it has become embarassing to be a citizen in a country whose leaders are so obviously and in your face not caring about anyone but themselves. Oh yes, and their rich donors.
