9. I don't believe any DMV would humor anonymous records requests.

Identify yourself, who you work for, and for what reason your are requesting the records. Some of the information *might* be public record though I don't know enough about it to be sure. Moreover, if the officer involved didn't have to request through a DMV representative, she'd still have to leave identifiable and traceable information leading back to her. I doubt she works as a double-agent for Russia, so unlikely she hacked her way into DMV records.

No, there was simply no way for this officer to secretly access this information. And she had no business doing so. Certainly did not have a warrant either. She dun fucked up.

Edit: Hell, even if I access my OWN records at NV DMV I have to pay a fee if I want to see my driving record to print out for an employer (driving company vehicles).
