Trump is going to blame everyone in sight, including the voices in his head.

If we're lucky, his blood pressure will spike and he'll have a stroke (but not a fatal one--just enough so he can't speak or tweet).

With the exception of Dubya, Cheney and Rumsfeld -- the war criminals who are responsible for hundreds of thousands of Iraqi deaths, over a million refugees, and the loss of whatever women's rights existed under Saddam Hussein -- I have never wanted physical harm to come to anyone holding public office. They are just human beings who are doing the best they can. Trump falls into a different category completely.

It really bothers Trump that he is being compared to Hitler, whereas Hitler would have felt even worse if he were compared to Trump.
