6. I don't fully believe the excuse embedded in their apology that they did not properly vet the video

That implies a sort of negligence/shortcut/unawareness of the video's content... It is only 3 and 1/2 minutes long FFS. Whoever selected that video probably knew exactly what they were showing.

I mean, in the sense that their right wing BS-addled brains somehow thought it was a good video to show, then yes there was a failure of vetting, but that is different than what they are trying to imply. They are trying to say "it wasn't malice, it was just negligence" and I have serious doubts about that.
