Although he may want his name on all three...

I wonder if Fat Donnie can even describe the operation of the current steam powered catapult system, much less the more efficient electric one that is in the process of replacing it. He's always had this bug in his bonnet about returning to steam catapults. He really likes old things to protect his ass: medieval walls, steam catapults (only because they don't make rubber slingshots), and Mitch McConnell.

This is the same man who offered NASA unlimited funds to put a man on Mars by the end of his first term. He may be a "stable genius," but he sure isn't an engineer.
