2. Me too. I was an active supporter and campaigner for Dan Malloy, too....

....I moved here in 1988 and Dan Malloy was the first Democratic Governor going back that far. Good to see we'll now have at least 12 straight years, maybe sixteen.

There are six other states and D.C. that have such laws - California, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Washington, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia.
