after Putin's Pet Pig opened his stupid mouth and India (the largest maker of the generic) shut down export. Either this lady will need another DMARD or she'll have to go on temporary higher dose Prednisone, which is miserable stuff.

Plaquenil and other quinine based drugs are going to have to be doled out on a case by case basis, to people who have no other recourse.
