A couple of years ago or whenever when they were under pressure to deliver after endless delays. Those POS were full of em..."trash" as it were. Bolts,nuts even some tools left in there just to say "We delivered them!!". At one point the AF said they wouldn't accept anymore deliveries unless they were spotless.
