I say only 58 people because a crowd that size and density, with proper control of his weapons the body-count should have been much higher. As I wrote, I am not familiar with the AR-15, but at 495 yards, the body-count could have been much higher with proper control of the weapons.

Bet they are parts to turn semi-auto AR-15's or other assault rifles into fully automatic guns.
