200 mph on these is way scarier than any flying anything & way more dangerous, she should give up her seat for the science/knowledge gained by a qualified person taking the trip.

Donate that money to a food bank or SPCA or Amnesty International..........there are Billions of ways to spend this money to save lives.

My 1982 GS1100E only goes 175, if that is fast enuff I'd be glad to take her for a spin. (wheelies in 4th gear from 105 to 125 mph easy).
