I have seen first-hand how the military fares under Dem and GOP presidents. Most of those I served along side with were not stupid or fanatical in any way which, to me, has been the most puzzling aspect of the military's (I am speaking of your average soldier, airman, seaman, marine) support of the GOP. Let's hope this has been eye-opening enough to lead to permanent change.
