keep him talking. The more he talks, the more absurd he sounds and the starker the contrast to Joe Biden.

Meanwhile, he seems to be getting more and more desperate every day. It appears that he may realize attacking Biden directly wasn't working too well, so now he's manufacturing dark, nefarious influences surrounding the former vice president. How long before he accuses Joe of being Putin's Puppet?
