The US has the slowest Internet speeds, the worst access to the Internet and the highest prices for the speeds we have compared to other countries.

Your post didn’t specify charging companies, so i know I wasn’t the only person who was confused as to whom you were wanting to charge with the usage of the term “user-access”. Usually that’s relegated to mean the end-user.
